Rationale

The 6 levels luxury residential development situated on the dramatic cliff of Port Road, Papua New Guinea draws inspiration from the cargo terminal and history of the port.

The concept translates into design features to create a series of terraces for the apartments that respond to site opportunities and its orientation and frame the advantage of the harbor location.

The open terraces are designed to ensure residents are able to enjoy not only the inside comfort of the living, but also the harbour environment and to emphasise the expansive views. 

​

The exterior palette of materials has dark bronze zinc cladding as a highlight, bringing strong contrast to the overall volumetric composition.
