Situated on a corner block, the residence is a statement of “less is more” principles in a contemporary design.

The simple, clean intersection of volumes smartly incorporates energy efficient principles such as shading devices, rainwater tanks, sustainable materials and ideal orientation for the glazing

 

The interiors are generous and allow for enough flexibility of use for the residents, while having certain in-built feature elements to define and orientate the space.  

Visual continuity is the key to this project, reflected in both the layout of the exterior finishes and the connection of the interior and outdoor amenities.

This residence was thought to be used throughout the year, in and out, on different special occasions and for a day-to-day very comfortable and enriching style of living.
