Located on a street of a soft leafy nature, the development is well integrated in the neighbourhood streetscape while introducing a few contemporary touches through the composition of glazing surfaces and earthy materials on the elevations.

​The gable roof element present in the neighbourhood is incorporated as a design feature, providing interest to the street but also signalling the entry for each of the dwellings.

The volumes are kept simple and the interior layout focuses on functionality and connects with the generous outdoor gardens.
